Other Districts Groundlings: A Merely Players Pre-Program Workshop (grd 7-12)

Merely Players is Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival’s young artists’ troupe - this group travels around the region to perform for public audiences and promote WSF’s work. The Merely Players touring troupe is auditioned, but this Groundlings pre-program workshop is open to ALL. We will do team-building activities, write and rehearse scripts, work with mainstage cast members, develop ideas and strategies for event promotion, and do a limited number of performances.
Other Districts Robotics: Beginner (grd 4-6)

Spend the week putting your STEAM skills to the test using the LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime set! In this program, students will work on the basics of designing, building, and programming a robot to accomplish a variety of challenges using motors, sensors, and other objects. Spend the week putting your STEAM skills to the test using LEGO® MINDSTORMS®! In this program, students will work together to build and code EV3 robots then learn how autonomous vehicles work. Some basic experience with LEGO and/or programming is recommended, but not required.
