Pablo Center at the Confluence is partnering with CVTC’s Culinary Management program to offer students the opportunity to be Chef’s in a student run restaurant. Days 1-4 we will be preparing our items, working with recipes, tasting preparation to make sure it’s ready for service on our last day of class. On the culminating day 5, we will offer our items for sale to parents/relatives or friends of the student chef. Tickets (2 per student chef) will be available for presale via the students Monday thru Thursday.  The program is located at CVTC’s Business Education Center.

Spend the week putting your STEAM skills to the test using the new LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime set! In this program, students will work on the basics of designing, building, and programming a robot to accomplish a variety of challenges using motors, sensors, and other objects.

In this program, students will work on designing, building, and programming a robot to accomplish a variety of challenges using motors, sensors, and other objects. Some basic experience with Lego and/or programming is recommended, but not required.

Introductory program where you’ll have the opportunity to develop computer games, program robots, and hear from industry professionals about a variety of exciting job opportunities in the tech field.
